BEMA
Partner with BEMA
BEMA works best through trusted community spaces. We invite community organizations, centers, and groups to partner with us in empowering heritage preservation and community-driven archiving by providing space to host Preservation Days.
What is a Preservation Day?
Preservation Days are pop-up intake sessions where neighbors bring items for professional archiving and heritage consultation. These sessions are a great way for people to familiarize themselves with archival practices. We offer digital scans and preservation plans that ultimately help keep record of community life and impact.

Help connect community members who may benefit—families navigating cleanouts, relocation, downsizing, or estate transitions.
-
Provide Basic Set-Up
Offer a private room, tables, and access to outlets/power during sessions.
-
Help Build Referral Pathways
Share connections to local historians, archives, institutions, or community resources when appropriate.
